The elevators of 2700 Matheson Blvd. E. are going to be modernized top to bottom, with work commencing in November. 

The project will take approximately one year. We'll let you know when we have an exact start date. But one thing we can tell you for certain, the long-term benefits will more than make up for any short-term inconveniences experienced during construction. Indeed, you, your staff and visitors can look forward to several definite upsides... 

• Quicker response times between floors—for improved traffic flow and significantly reduced waiting
• More consistent service marked by diminished downtime and less frustration
• Smoother, quieter rides
• Greater energy efficiency in keeping with today's "green" objectives

And what about those possible inconveniences? Rest assured, we'll keep them to the barest possible minimum. 

Most notably, the elevator cabs will be replaced one at a time, with three of the four primary elevators remaining in active service throughout.
